We’re your single point of contact. DJs are coached on professionalism, locked into schedules via our app (acceptance + reminders), and motivated by weekly pay. Emergencies? Rare, but our deep roster means we mobilize a backup DJ fast (often within the hour). If someone flakes at 8 PM, it’s our problem, not yours.
One monthly invoice covers everything, no weekly payouts or 1099 headaches on your end. Our small percentage is built into DJ rates (zero extra cost). We believe in talent, but club sets are a different beast. We offer a path through our sister company, Active Entertainment, and internal mentorship to bridge that gap. If you have the skills and the humility to learn the “Waveform Way,” we have a spot for you.
