Ray’s journey into music began at just 9 years old, picking up a guitar and diving headfirst into a world of sound. Growing up in the rhythm-heavy island communities of the Marshall Islands, Hawaii, and Wrightsville Beach, Ray’s connection to music was always natural—whether he was surfing the waves or vibing to beats. His passion for instruments led him to play in bands through high school, but it was the rise of electronic music in college that flipped the switch. Inspired by the growing DJ scene, Ray and his friends started throwing house parties, quickly turning their passion into regular gigs at local venues.
