DJ Geeked
Born in Asheville and raised in Wilmington, Grant Duffy, better known as DJ Geeked, has had a lifelong passion for music. Growing up, his love for rhythm and melody shaped his journey, but it was while managing concerts and events as a wedding venue manager in downtown Wilmington that his connection to house music and EDM truly flourished. Surrounded by the vibrant energy of the local music scene and collaborating with talented DJs from Active Entertainment, Grant found his calling behind the decks.
The spark turned into a flame when a DJ on the Waveform team gifted him his first set of decks. With the support and mentorship of the Active Entertainment team, Grant honed his craft, developing an energetic, fast-paced sound that electrifies dance floors. His music blends seamless transitions, high-energy drops, and a signature “geeked” twist, influenced by artists like Riordan, Leondis, Disclosure, and Salute.
Whether he’s spinning at clubs or private events, DJ Geeked’s sets are all about creating unforgettable experiences and bringing people together through music.
